Here are my Trello Board templates! I created this to give us a meaningful visual organisation tool to help you plan, set up or tidy up your private practice.

Trello is a project management system with click and drag cards and checklists that you can use as a central reference hub or planner.

You are welcome to copy these templates I have created, but if you don’t love the visual or learning new platforms, you have all the same information inside The Practice Framework™ Workbook too [Google Doc or Microsoft Word format].

BEFORE YOU START

You will need a Trello account to copy these boards - SIGN UP HERE
Trello is free to use, and you can sign up using your email or Google account
Save the website link in your bookmarks
You can download the Trello app to your phone too!
There are 4 board templates below. Copy the mega reference board twice so you can play with one. Copy all the others once each so you end up with 5 boards.

INSTRUCTIONS

On each board, click the blue button at the top of the board to copy them to your account. It will look like this:

Make two copies of this board, one for reference and one to use for planning.*I suggest you copy the other boards once each (you don’t need loads of skeleton layouts to confuse you!)
Collect information and use your search bar on the top right to find what you need.
On your 2023 Strategy Map board, move the relevant cards into Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4.
Use your Week by Week board as a daily activity board.
In each card, check off steps you've done, move cards up to prioritise and set deadlines to keep track.
Use a DONE column on the right to move cards to when you’ve finished a task.
